He advises clients through every stage of the transaction lifecycle, from structuring and due diligence to negotiation, financing, closing, and post-closing integration, with an unwavering focus on risk management, value creation, and successful execution. Fabian earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and is committed to serving as a trusted legal and strategic advisor on his clients' most significant business transactions.

Jennifer Garcia serves as Chief Operating Officer of GV LAW, where she oversees the firm's day-to-day operations, client experience, and strategic initiatives. She works closely with the legal team to streamline internal processes, improve efficiency, and ensure that every client receives responsive, high-quality service. Jennifer is responsible for implementing the systems and operational infrastructure that support the firm's continued growth. Her focus on organization, execution, and client service helps ensure that every matter is handled with professionalism, consistency, and attention to detail. Jennifer is dedicated to building an exceptional client experience while supporting the firm's mission of providing sophisticated legal counsel to business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors.

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Garcia serves as the Chief Financial Officer of GV LAW, where he oversees the firm's financial management, operational infrastructure, and administrative strategy. With more than 20 years of international experience in accounting, finance, and enterprise operations, he brings extensive expertise in financial systems, process optimization, and organizational leadership. Prior to joining GV LAW, he held senior finance and operations roles for multinational organizations across Latin America, leading complex ERP implementations, managing regional financial functions, and driving initiatives that enhanced efficiency, strengthened internal controls, and improved operational performance. At GV LAW, Mr. Garcia is responsible for finance, budgeting, technology, process governance, and firmwide operations, helping build the scalable infrastructure and disciplined operational framework that support the firm's continued growth and commitment to exceptional client service.

Deals and Operations Manager

Maria serves as the firm’s Legal Operations Assistant, supporting internal operations, workflow coordination, and execution across the firm. Her work helps ensure matters progress efficiently and predictably by supporting internal systems, task flow, and cross-functional coordination. By keeping operations aligned and moving forward, Maria helps the firm deliver timely, organized, and high-quality service to clients.

Attorney

Jahan Shahryar is an attorney at GV LAW whose practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and outside general counsel services. She advises founders, investors, and privately held companies on business acquisitions, corporate structuring, commercial agreements, and strategic business matters. Before joining GV LAW, Ms. Shahryar practiced in the Corporate M&A group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she worked on sophisticated mergers and acquisitions and other complex corporate transactions. She is known for her practical, business-oriented approach and her ability to guide clients through transactions and corporate decisions with precision and strategic insight.

International Associate

Milagros Lago is a lawyer qualified in Argentina, with experience in corporate, commercial, and technology law within international environments. She holds a Law degree from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and has worked with global organizations supporting cross-border legal operations and contract management. Ms. Lago has experience drafting, negotiating, and administering commercial and technology agreements, as well as providing legal support to internal stakeholders in dynamic, multinational settings. Her background includes work as a Paralegal and Contract Counsel, collaborating with legal teams on international contracts, regulatory research, and business-oriented legal solutions.
