With more than 20 years of international experience in accounting, finance, and enterprise operations, he brings extensive expertise in financial systems, process optimization, and organizational leadership.
Prior to joining GV LAW, he held senior finance and operations roles for multinational organizations across Latin America, leading complex ERP implementations, managing regional financial functions, and driving initiatives that enhanced efficiency, strengthened internal controls, and improved operational performance.
At GV LAW, Mr. Garcia is responsible for finance, budgeting, technology, process governance, and firmwide operations, helping build the scalable infrastructure and disciplined operational framework that support the firm's continued growth and commitment to exceptional client service.
